I absolutely love whipping up my own Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte—it's a delightful chilly treat that's perfect year-round. The versatility of this recipe is fantastic; you can easily tweak it to suit your preferences.
To make this cozy beverage, you'll need some strong coffee or espresso, creamy milk (dairy or non-dairy, it's up to you!), a dash of pumpkin puree, a sprinkle of warm spices like cinnamon from my Cole and Mason Saunderton Seasoning Shaker, nutmeg, ginger and cloves, plus a sweetener of your choice. Mix it all up, and voila! You've got yourself a homemade Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte that's as good as any coffee shop creation.
The best part? You can customise it to your liking. Add extra pumpkin puree for a bolder flavour or add more coffee or adjust the sweetness to suit your taste. Plus, you can top it with whipped cream and a drizzle of caramel for an extra indulgent treat.
